Exchanges are the only form of post-purchase support available.

To initiate an exchange, customers must submit a request within 7 days of the delivery date. Exchange requests placed beyond this timeline will not be accepted.

During submission, customers are required to:

Upload a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the product condition at delivery

Attach images as proof of the issue (size/defect/wrong item)
Once the request is submitted, our team will review the provided evidence and approve or reject the request based on eligibility. If approved, customers must ship the product back to us at their own responsibility and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Upon receiving the product, our quality control team will inspect the item for:

Any signs of usage, wear & tear, washing, dirt marks, or odor

Any tampering or modification

Damage to original tags, accessories, packaging, or shoe box
If the product passes the inspection, we will dispatch the replacement as per availability. If the product fails quality checks, the exchange will be declined and the same product will be returned to the customer without replacement.
Skevoxe reserves the right to reject an exchange request if:

The unboxing video is not provided

The product is found used, worn, washed, or altered

The packaging, tags, or shoe box are missing or damaged

The delivery date exceeds 7 days from the date of request submission

The claim is found invalid or unsupported with proper proof

Any suspicious activity or misuse of the policy is detected
All decisions regarding approval or rejection of exchanges are at the sole discretion of Skevoxe and shall be considered final.
